The H-Bandage is the latest in Universal Severe Trauma Dressings. An upgrade to our patented combat dressing Cinch Tight, the H-Bandage gives medics and field personnel both an emergency dressing and a hemostat for arterial bleeding and hemorrhaging in limbs. The H-Bandage’s unique design allows for one-handed use under any condition. Designed for First Responders, Military, and Law Enforcement, the H-Bandage provides a fast, effective tool for all kinds of serious traumas and injuries involving arterial bleeding.
The unique design of the H-Bandage, with its 8″ thick ABD pad and the unique 5 foot elastic wrap designed for both strength and flexibility along with the H-shaped cinch sewn into the bandage, allows it to satisfy multiple field needs. The H-shaped cinch allows for direct pressure to be applied directly on top of a wound, increasing compression and reducing blood loss
In the heat of battle, PMI's Halo Chest Seal can make the difference in saving lives. The Halo Chest Seal is the essential choice for managing penetrating chest trauma when time is of critical importance. Ideal for the treatment of open pneumothorax, this seal also prevents the development of tension pneumothorax resulting from gunshots, stab wounds, or other chest injuries and is specifically designed for casualties with excessive bleeding, heavy perspiration, or very wet and extreme environments. The unique design offers a large pull tab that allows for easy, quick application. A highly-aggressive hydrogel enables the Halo Chest Seal to conform and adhere to all contours of the body and also prevents further contamination of the injury.
The new HyFin Vent Chest Seal Twin Pack from North American Rescue sets the standard for the treatment of penetrating injuries to the chest. Providing two vented chest seals in one unique package for treatment of both entry/exit or multiple penetrating injuries to the chest. The new HyFin Vent Chest Seal design provides 3-vented channels that prevent airflow into the chest cavity during inspiration while allowing air to escape through the vent channels during exhalation. The 3-vent channels allow blood to escape and also provide a backup fail-safe system, as even if two of the three channels become obstructed, the vent will remain fully operational.
Advanced adhesive technology provides superior adhesion in the most adverse conditions, including sweaty or hairy casualties. Packaged in a rugged, easy-to-open foil pouch, the perforated packaging allows rescuers to open only one dressing at a time as needed. Each chest seal also includes a gauze pad to wipe the wound surface prior to application. Each HyFin Vent Chest Seal has a large, Red-Tip ™ pull tab for single-step peel-and-apply application and allows for the burping of the wound if necessary. The clear, transparent backing allows for easy placement over the wound area and conformability to the patient’s chest.
Rusch Chest Seal The one item every first responder needs to manage open pneumothorax or to help prevent the onset of a tension pneumothorax without invasive procedures. This unique dressing was designed for use on open chest or other injuries that could compromise the pleural space of the chest cavity. Quick and easy to use. Each package comes with (1) sterile 4" x 4" gauze pad and (1) sterile chest dressing
The Emergency Bandage consolidates numerous treatment equipment into a single unit and provide in one device:

Secondary Sterile Dressing. Keeping the wound area clean and maintaining the pad and pressure on the wound firmly in place, including immobilization of the injured limb or body part.
Closure Bar. Enabling closure and fixation of the Emergency Bandage at any point, on all parts of the body: no pins and clips, no tape, no velcro, no knots.
Quick and easy application and Self-application. Designed with the end-user in mind; for the first-aid trained and the lay care-giver.
Significant per treatment time and cost savings
QuikClot 1st Response™ is the latest Z-Medica product for first responders, environmental health & safety teams and industrial nurses. It is the same proven technology developed for the military, packaged for convenient use by first responders, to help save lives right at the scene of accidents, crimes, fires and other emergencies.
Just like the ACS+ (latest product for the military), QuikClot 1st Response™ has been re-engineered to remain cooler on contact. It has a greatly reduced exothermic reaction, with maximum temperatures in vivo typically at 105 degrees F. Unlike any other QuikClot product though, the 1st Response line has a blue x-ray identifier so the QuikClot is visible in x-rays.
QuikClot 1st Response™ is easy to use. Just rip open a packet, pack the self-contained sponge into the wound and the bleeding stops rapidly. For larger wounds, use more than one sponge. The sponges will conform to the shape of the wound. QuikClot 1st Response™ is easily removed in the hospital setting.
QuikClot ACS+ is the latest Z-Medica product. QuikClot ACS+ is offered in a delivery system similar to the original QuikClot ACS and allows the same ease of application and removal. As a result of intensive research and development, the formulation of QuikClot ACS+ has been re-engineered to stay cooler on contact. It has a greatly reduced exothermic reaction, with maximum temperatures in vivo typically at 105 degrees F. This cooler formulation was developed in conjunction with the U.S. Marines, with applications beyond the military. When dealing with large, severe injuries on the battlefield or here at home, a few seconds can mean the difference between losing a limb - or losing a life. When time is critical, just rip open a packet of QuikClot ACS+, pack the self-contained sponge into the wound and the bleeding stops rapidly. The sponge can be packed to conform to the shape of the wound and is easily removed in the hospital setting.
Cool Formulation - New for the Military, Homeland Security & First Responders.
Each package of QuikClot ACS+ contains one 3.5-ounce (100g) hemostatic sponge

Tailored to the needs of combat and tactical medical personnel, QuikClot® Combat Gauze™ combines surgical gauze with a proprietary inorganic material that stops arterial and venous bleeding in seconds – even more rapidly in this format than earlier Z-Medica products. Based on a different mineral than zeolite-based QuikClot® products, it generates no heat. It shares the benefit of being inert and non-allergenic.
Combat Gauze provides the ease of gauze but with an added clotting agent embedded within providing the power to stop even the worst arterial and venous bleeding. The user simply packs the Combat Gauze dressing into the wound just as they have been taught in any basic first aid class over the years, and applies pressure for 3-5 minutes. Even the most traumatic arterial and venous bleeding is stopped. QuikClot Combat Gauze is so pliable that it conforms to virtually any size or shape of injury you will encounter. It is easily removed once clotting has taken place
Multipurpose wound and trauma dressing, designed to place pressure over wound to stop bleeding.
- 1 non-stick absorbent pad to be placed directly over wound and
- 2 rolls of gauze
To use as a pressure dressing keep 1 roll of gauze rolled and place it directly on top of absorbent pad, then wrap with second gauze roll.
These bandages are great to carry because they can be used to treat a variety of wounds from those needing pressure to stop the bleeding to keeping road rash covered and clean while it heals.
The patented C-A-T® is a true one-handed tourniquet proven to be 100% effective by the U.S. Army’s Institute of Surgical Research. Tests proved that the C-A-T® completely occluded blood flow of an extremity in the event of a traumatic wound with significant hemorrhage.
The C-A-T® utilizes a durable windlass system with a patented free-moving internal band providing true circumferential pressure to the extremity. Once adequately tightened, bleeding will cease and the windlass is locked into place. A hook and loop windlass retention strap is then applied, securing the windlass to maintain pressure during casualty evacuation. The C-A-T®’s unique dual securing system avoids the use of screws and clips which can become difficult to operate under survival stress or where fine motor skills are compromised.

Nasopharyngeal airways are made from soft latex that provides patient comfort during insertion and while indwelling. Single-use, non-sterile
This is a medical device called an airway adjunct used to maintain or open a patient's airway. It does this by preventing the tongue from covering the epiglottis, which could prevent the person from breathing. When a person becomes unconscious, the muscles in their jaw relax and allow the tongue to obstruct the airway
The Soft Shell™ SAM® Splint from North American Rescue is designed to be quickly applied and custom moldable for immobilizing the hand, wrist and forearm. The exceptionally soft construction material is fabricated to wick moisture away from the skin for the ultimate in patient comfort. Since the splint is radiolucent, it can remain in place during X-rays. Easily cleaned with cold water and mild soap, this splint air dries for extended performance in the field
