ECSI BSA Wilderness First Aid
Learn the skills required for medical emergencies you may encounter in the backcountry. This class will teach you the first aid you will need when you are miles away from outside help and you may be the only trained scouter who could save a life. Wilderness First Aid training provides the next level training needed to safely conduct any high adventure backcountry activity where EMS is not available.
BSA Wilderness First Aid
Wilderness First Aid (WFA) is the assessment of and treatment given to an ill or injured person in a remote environment where definitive care by a physician and/or rapid transport is not readily available.
